WWE Raw wrestler, Riley, was arrested earlier this morning in Tampa, Florida for a DUI. He was released after posting a $500.00 bond. When arrested he was asked to blow into a breathalizer, but refused. Though his reasons were unknown, a refusal at a DUI stop may pose more severe consequences that a driver who submits to testing.
